A match is played by two teams, each consisting of not more than seven players, one of whom is the goalkeeper. A match may not start if either team consists of fewer than four players.

A 10 min extension will be given if you have less than 4 players, after which if the team still does not have enough players the game will be considered a default with the other team winning the game 2-0 and allocated 3 points.

The match clock will start at the scheduled time, the extension described above will not be in addition to the 25 minutes per half.

1 point will be deducted from any team that default/forfeits a game.

A player must not use equipment or wear anything that is dangerous to himself or another player (including any kind of jewellery).

All items of jewellery are potentially dangerous. The term "dangerous" can sometimes be ambiguous and controversial, therefore in order to be uniform and consistent any kind of jewellery has to be forbidden.

No metal studs.

Shinguards:

• are mandatory
• are covered entirely by the stockings
• are made of a suitable material (rubber, plastic, or similar substances)
• provide a reasonable degree of protection

• A red card will result in a one match suspension
• 2 yellow cards will result in a one match suspension
• If a player swears at the ref it will result in a red card and a suspension of 2 matches
• If a player is sent off for violent conduct or fighting, it will result in a suspension of 2 matches
• Any player given a red card will automatically miss the next scheduled game. The player must also leave the field of play. The ZFC league may take further disciplinary action if it is deemed to be warranted which can result in either further suspension or removal from the league.
• Instigating and fighting will result in an automatic red card and 2 game suspension. The ZFC league may take further disciplinary action if it is deemed to be warranted which can result in either further suspension or removal from the league.
• Red cards will result in a minimum fine of $25, payable to ZFC.
• If a player is sent to the penalty box twice in one game, it will result in a minimum fine of $25, payable to ZFC.

All trades must go through Mehboob Alidina.

The deadline for trades is 23:59 on Friday, 5th February 2010.

Win = 3 points; Draw = 1 point; Loss = 0 points; Forfeit = -1 point;

If 2 teams have the same number of points, they will be separated by goal difference. If the goal difference is the same, they will be separated by goals scored.
